3 Eggs
Pinch of salt
3/4 Cup caster sugar
1 Cup of Edmonds standard plain flour
1 Teaspoon Edmonds baking powder
50 g butter,melted
Mix eggs and salt.Add sugar and mix until thick.Sift flour and baking powder together.Add to egg mixture.Fold in butter.Pour into a greased and lined deep 20 cm round cake tin. Bake at 190 o C for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake springs.Leave in tin for 10 minutes to cool down.
